Inspired by the Barbary pirate John Ward, widely known as Jack “Sparrow” Ward, our new scimitar is the perfect sidearm for any daring swashbuckler. Jack Sparrow raided Middle Eastern ports, where the scimitar originated. A short sword with a curved blade, the scimitar was a deadly weapon designed for close-quarter fighting.

Made from durable closed-cell foam around a fiberglass core and finished with a strong latex coating, you can feel confident that your Jack Sparrow Scimitar will always be ready for battle.

Our live-action role-playing (LARP) foam swords are built to look the part, last for years, and provide a realistic yet completely safe accessory to complete your pirate outfit. Our LARP swords comprise a high-quality, flexible, fiberglass core construction with padding compositions based on either closed-cell ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA), polyurethane (PU), or a hybrid of the two.
