Shipping Jewelry

We ship all jewelry to most countries.  There are a small number of countries where we cannot ship.

Shipping Clothing

We ship most clothing from Raleigh, North Carolina. For U.S. orders, we charge $4.99 towards our shipping costs for orders under $75, and ship for free above that.  For international shipping, we charge for shipping at carrier rates (the cost is calculated for you at checkout),  We do offer expedited shipping.

Shipping Speed

For items that we have in stock, we ship normally within 1-2 business days.

We ship most orders UPS or USPS.   

If your order qualifies for free shipping we have the option of shipping via UPS or the USPS & we will need a physical address to ship to instead of a PO Box.

International Shipping

All fees and charges levied by Customs and Duty are the customer's responsibility.

All items sold and distributed by us are legal for sale and distribution. However, it is the responsibility of all customers to understand local, regional, and national laws pertaining to the items they purchase, and purchasers are solely responsible for packages lost or destroyed, or any legal action resulting from the purchase of items that are illegal in their particular country or region.

Refused Shipments

If you decide to refuse any shipments from us, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from any refund.

Note

We do sometimes ship certain items from workshops around the world. This is normally for items that are made to order or made locally.  In these cases it can take up to 4 weeks to make and deliver the item.

US Tariffs

Due to the new US tariff policy adjustment, all US residents are currently required to pay tariffs when ordering goods from China or other countries. Currently the minimum tariff rate is 145%. The USA has announced the cancellation of the $800 tariff exemption policy for goods shipped from China to the United States. The local customs or post office in the USA will charge you a tariff of at least 145%. (Please pay attention to the notification of the local government or customs department for the specific tariff policy).

These tariffs are determined according to local laws or tariff policies, not additional charges by us. As sellers, we cannot intervene in any way. We can only operate legally in accordance with laws and regulations. When you create an order we will assume that you are aware of the applicable tariffs that will be incurred, and that you will cooperate with local customs to pay the tariffs. These fees will be collected and kept by local relevant departments. So after receiving the notification that the package has arrived at the customs/post office, please actively cooperate with the customs in accordance with the law to assist in paying tariffs, completing customs clearance and collecting your package.

In addition - if you are returning a product to us from outside the US, we may need to deduct any tariff from the refund you receive.
